What is ArtPath?
ArtPath is not just a public art program; it's a cultural tradition that has captured the hearts and minds of Lansing residents and beyond. Spanning 2.5 miles of the Lansing River Trail from Turner Dodge to just south of Elm Park, ArtPath showcases public art installations along the trail every summer. This is the seventh year that the Lansing Art Gallery & Education Center has produced this program in partnership with the City of Lansing’s Parks & Recreation Department. Beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day, visitors can enjoy 20 new public art works created by talented Michigan artists.
